Cancellation & Refund Policy Order Cancellations As our flipbooks are personalized, cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of placing an order.
Refunds Refunds are only provided if: The order was canceled within the allowed time. The product is not delivered due to shipping error. There is clear damage during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with proof) . No Refund for Custom Errors We cannot issue refunds for errors in customer-provided content (e.g., wrong photo or message).
Return Policy Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
